The Paternity Fraud Constitution

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all men are created Equal. Men are being Deprived of Equal rights under the U.S. Constitution. That whenever any form of Law becomes Destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it. To institute new law, laying it's foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to protect their "Safety" and "Happiness" and "Well Being".

Men have recently been released from prison, due to the science of "DNA", with the ability to prove their innocence beyond a shadow of doubt. If "DNA" can release men of crimes they had not committed, other wise they would continue to serve their time. Falsely accused, arrested, tried and sentenced. This equals "Fraud".

Constructively the Judicial System is looking at men as criminals everyday in Divorce, alleged fathers pay child support for many years. Not being Financially able to have and support their Real Family by any means, due to paying support for another man's child(ren).

You ask yourself! Is this a crime to pay support to custodial parents when the child is not his? "Yes" it is a crime of "Paternity Fraud". Constructive Fraud is a better name.

Definition -- (CONDUCT THAT IS CONSIDERED FRAUD UNDER THE LAW DESPITE THE ABSENCE OF AN INTENT TO DECEIVE - BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATION OF A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE TRUST OR CONFIDENCE, THE BREACH OF A FIDUCIARY DUTY, OR THE USE OF UNDUE INFLUENCE).

Our Judicial system is Flawed, WHY? By requiring that the Innocent party be totally responsible for the actions of the Guilty Party. No one knows how many men are unknowingly paying support for children who are not theirs.

UNFAVORABLE RULINGS CONFIRM THAT ‘CUCKOLDED MEN’ CANNOT PREVAIL IN THE LOWER COURTS. EVEN THOUGH OUR COURTS PREACH FALSE POLICY ABOUT VALUING TRUTH & HONESTY’, THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS LOSING MORE AND MORE RESPECT FROM THE PEOPLE EVERYDAY.

The Legislature should address this issue as soon as possible. Legislation should RESTORE THE RIGHTS TO ALL PATERNITY FRAUD VICTIMS.
