Dear Carnell; Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated. Today in my local paper there was another article on this whole situation in MA. I will definitely contact the Boston Globe writer to see what assistance I can offer. I am passing on your website to my friends, ALL of them, Christian and non-Christian! This is something that I would hate to see happen to ANYONE let alone my own sons! The US Supreme Court should definitely be hearing that man's case and make a ruling that will stop this insanity! I am on a letter writing mission now! : > )
Again, thank you for your response and you are in my prayers. MGL

Dear MGL,
Thanks for writing and for your obvious understanding that accountability and honesty were not considered in the ruling. I , personally believe that the man should appeal to the US Supreme Court.
As for ideas and action -- I'd suggest contacting his attorney, ask if he plans to appeal then offer assistance. Perhaps the Boston Globe, can supply contact data?
This sends a terrible message to those who practice the art of "father shopping / gold digging". The mother committed fraud when she hid the existence of her other intimate relations from the 18 year old guy.
Yes, write letters and tell others about this site. The facts that 30% of all men tested for paternity in the US in 2000, were not the bio-dads. This is an epidemic!
I wonder how many mother's would allow their son to be persecuted and financially raped for something that he did NOT do, and has DNA report to prove it?

Hello, I just read what happened to that 18 year old boy who was paying child support for 5 years and thinking that that innocent little girl is his little girl. I find what that girl did appalling and I find it equally appalling that the courts are making that young man continue to pay and the girl allows it to happen so that she can suck the boy dry!
What can I do to help? Write letters? Send donations? Collect donations? Do things like that happen here in California?
