May 2000-Columbus, OH PF victim, "The Man"
the story reports the PF victim was jailed him 30 days for not paying
Child Support after DNA tests revealed that he is not the biological
father. He has filed suit against the mother for fraud for
$200,000.00. This fraud victim is responsible for the OH paternity bill HB242, that became law in the fall of 2000. CLICK HERE!
Since he didn't father her child, does she know that she
had sex with more than one male? If DNA testing was mandatory at the
hospital, the OH man would have known that he was being scammed before
the loss of his rightful property and assets.

Jan 2001- the story of Boston, MA PF victim. The story reports that the little girl calls him "fake daddy" and the ex-girlfriend calls him "sucker". CLICK HERE!

Feb 6, 2001 - "UPDATE" - Boston, MA PF victim (updated).
Case goes to MA Supreme Court -- he gets robbed again when he heard
justice denied from the MA SCT. They said that he waited too long and
that they are going to make sure that his money is taken in spite of
DNA proves that his ex-girlfriend has lied and swindled him! This is
absolute proof that the court views a man as a walking checkbook to be

Mar 17, 2001 - "The One that got away", MAINE PF Victim.
At a time when so many men remain trapped in the child support money
machine. Al-man actually got out of the trap. His DNA report says 0.00%
paternity, just like 1Man. This man should give thanks to almighty God
for gaining his freedom from the predator. Appears to be another victim
of state sponsored paternity fraud. CLICK HERE!
Crime does NOT pay? Sure, unless your talking about
paternity fraud. Most states will treat the innocent man like an ATM
machine, keep the money coming for at least 18 to 21 years. And JAIL,
if he doesn't pay "as much as she wants".

March 2001 - Decatur, GA PF victim "feels scammed"
For 12 years, story says, a former girlfriend duped him into supporting
a little girl who was not his daughter. He has filed suit against the
mother for fraud. After two independent DNA tests revealed that he is
not the biological father, he wants his money back. 
He's tired of watching his wife and his own biological children suffer
from the lack of their hard earned money. The extraordinary motion for
new trial based on new evidence
and fraud case went to trial on April 16, 2001 in Decatur, GA at the
Dekalb Superior Court, 9th floor, Room 903 @ 09:30AM with Judge Edward

What happened in court? ... JUSTICE DENIED! Now he must
appeal to prevent losing more of his family's money. This proves that
the innocent man must pay for the guilty actions of the mother when she
conceals other intimate relationships then states "you're the father of
my baby".
It is ironic that the second DNA test samples were
collected at the same hospital where the child was born. What would
have if the mother had told the Decatur PFV that he was only ONE of the
possible fathers and that we should get paternity tests done at the
hospital to be sure? ANSWER: She would NOT have gotten one dime from
the Decatur, GA man. Nor would the child & her biological
father be strangers, today!
PATERNITY FRAUD
begins with fraudulent mothers or those moms that accidentally picked
the wrong guy. Yet somehow, those moms do not believe that she has a
obligation to tell the "Alleged Father" that he is only ONE of the
Potential Fathers. WHY NOT?
FACT: A legal DNA paternity test at the hospital would stop Paternity Fraud!
The Decatur Man is appealing his case to the GA Supreme
Court (pro-se) after the GA Appellate Court refused to hear the case
and did not give a reason. The letter merely stated "Denied".

March 2001 - Orlando, FL PF victim was threatened!
DT Man reports he was forced to sign an acknowledgement of Paternity
under duress (sign or go to jail). Years later, he got a DNA test just
like 1Man, the results are 0.00% paternity. Appears to be another

April 2001 - Missouri victim was flat out robbed!Sman
reports that he married the mom, because she was pregnant.
Then years later after two more children, he discovers via DNA tests
that 2 of 3 kids were not his. The oldest child, the reason he married
mom, was genetically proven to be fathered by another man. Why didn't
mom tell the Groom about her other intimate relationships and that he
might not be the father? Did she merely see the "Sman" as her meal
ticket and financial lottery? CLICK HERE!

April 2001 - Ohio victim HORROR STORY - Could it happen to you?
One paternity fraud victim was confirmed sterile, but
unknown to him, the mother also had intimate relations with his
non-twin biological brother (blue collar). The state contracted DNA lab
using 3 DNA genetic markers reported 99% paternity for both men, and
recommended additional testing with all four parties. But the court
refused to allow additional testing (even though the man is willing to
pay for all four parties to be tested), and somehow decided that
sterile brother (white-collar Professional Engineer) has to pay the
child support.
It seems to CAPF, that the true paternity has NEVER
been resolved when two or more men have been insufficiently tested with
same results of 99%? This particular problem seems highly unlikely,
with DNA labs that use at least 11 DNA genetic markers and will test
for paternity index equaling 99.999% or higher.

April 2001 - Another Atlanta GA - PF victim member of the Clergy with double trouble.
My name is RRman (Clergy) and I am a GA paternity fraud
victim "The Kid's asked me to get a DNA test"!. In September of 2000, I
found out through DNA paternity testing that twin boys are not mine.
This is undeniable proof that my ex-wife committed adultery and

May 2001 - Another Desert Storm veteran is a PF victim?
Gman had a vasectomy, but had not informed his adulterous wife. Somehow
this Freedom fighter for the great USA, has been robbed by the FLA
courts and is being forced to pay for another's man child. The system
claimed that the child was born to the marriage. Another man is being
emotionally & financially raped for the pleasure of another
fraudulent & adulterous mother.

May 2001 - Another PFV, NYman finally got a DNA test, but... they robbed him anyway!
It did not matter to the courts that he had prima facie
evidence that his 2nd ex-wife knowingly and willfully committed
adultery. Where does it end? This is another case that proves "No-Fault
Divorce" laws should be repealed. Another man is being emotionally
& financially raped for the pleasure of another fraudulent &
adulterous mother.

June 2001 - Miami, FL PF victim is robbed any way!
Too bad that he found out after the kid was diagnosed with
