HOW CAN YOU HELP FIGHT PATERNITY FRAUD? 

A key note from the Director of CAPF : Paternity Fraud mothers are 100% aware of her other intimate relationships then makes a conscious decision to conceal that information from the person that she accuses "you're the father of my baby". Men & Children deserve to know the Truth!

Would a man agree to pay 20-40% of gross income, if he knew in in advance that the mother had other intimate relationships? NO, he would finally have a reason to doubt her honesty and integrity.

Honest mothers would admit their misdeeds and seek support from the biological father! Both she and he are responsible for the birth of the child.

A CALL FOR ACTION!

1. In all states, write your State and US Legislators, Governors, State Attorney General, District Attorney Offices and the President of the United States (USA) and the local / national media. Get organized, get petitions signed and flood your legislators with mail from concerned citizens and Paternity Fraud victims.

We need enforcement of the US constitution, now using bills like Ohio's HB242". Georgia's paternity fraud bill HB369 is based on OH HB242! The Ohio law which is based on MD law went into effect in late 2000 as their Governor signed it.

2. Please share this news and tell others about PaternityFraud.com. It is time for more paternity fraud victims to join me in fighting for our constitutional rights. There needs to be enforcement of equal rights for all USA citizens. " 30% of men DNA tested are not the fathers" could be proof of a national epidemic.

3. Contact your local church and ask the pastors to get involved. The odds say there is someone in their congregation that are Paternity Fraud victims, too. Start public awareness meetings in churches, libraries, meeting places, etc.

4. Demand that the mother complete a Paternity Notification Affidavit in all cases of child support with automatic consequences for perjury and submitting false information. Click here to see my proposed (PNA Form).

5. Plead with every male payer of child support to get DNA testing using a lab that is is NOT connected with any child support agency with a minimum paternity index of 2000 to 1, minimum of 10 genetic markers and probability of paternity of 99.95% or more.

We have many men reporting false DNA reports that were altered (FRAUD) to make sure that he paid child support and was denied the right to a second independent test.

There is a problem of insufficient testing when the mother had intimate relations with a close relative of the alleged father.
