As you know the bill was held in the Senate Special Judiciary Committee. I was told by several of its members, which are attorneys, that the bill had some legal problems that needed to be resolved. These problems had not been considered in the House process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Therefore, I would expect these problems to be considered by the committee and moved to the floor of the Senate next session. As a member of the Senate Ethics Committee, I am always supportive of any issue that eliminates fraudulent acts. I assure you that I will follow this legislation as it makes its way through the legislative process next session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Again thank you for writing and sharing your views with me.
