Georgia legislators are establishing freedom for the enslaved Paternity Fraud victims!
ATLANTA, March 7 — The State of Georgia is taking a stand against the crime of Paternity Fraud by providing relief in HB369. This bill passed the house today with a vote of 163 – 0.
Carnell Smith Sr, Director of the Citizens Against Paternity Fraud group and paternity fraud victim, is praising GOD for the prompt action of the legislative team led by Rep. Stanley Watson (D-070).
“I am over joyed about the progress of House bill HB369 as Georgia’s way to provide equal protection for all of it’s citizens. Anything less could be deemed unconstitutional. By taking this corrective step, I believe that our legislators are truly committed to ending Paternity Fraud as a protected class of legalized extortion, says Smith.”
The bill HB369 now goes to the Georgia Senate for a vote.
