PLEA FOR JUSTICE:
Help us increase public awareness of the Paternity FRAUD epidemic. The States are declaring more men and boys as the fathers by DEFAULT JUDGEMENTS while refusing to allow the guys to introduce DNA test or refuse to order the mother to participate in a DNA paternity test.
Currently none of the 50 states require a full and truthful disclosure of all paternity candidates from the mother. The child’s mother is the “primary” person with full knowledge that there is more than one male that could be the father.
FACT:
The assumption that all mothers are truthful in declaring a male as the father does not hold up to DNA paternity tests.
The list of women that name the wrong male includes married and unwed mothers across various economic, educational, religious, social and political lines.
REFLECTION:
Finally, what do you say to a Pastor (Clergyman), when the children asked him for a DNA test resulting in 100% proof of the ex-wife’s adultery? I can’t imagine telling the children nor the Pastor that it is his fault for trusting his ex-wife to keep her vows.
