When I heard this story on the radio, I had difficulty believing my ears. A guy is being forced to pay for another man’s child even although DNA testing has conclusively proven that he is not the father.!!!???!!!
Give me a break here. If we expect men to behave like gentlemen, women ought to behave like ladies, not whores.
What next? Some jerk gets his mistress pregnant and Georgia and Massachusetts courts insist that his wife pay child support and babysit the kid?
To lie and cheat and steal and then to be aided and abetted in the criminal extortion of your victim by US courts is unconscionable and a total travesty of justice.
If anyone should be censured by the courts it’s these pathetic examples of womanhood.
I will send letters criticizing these verdicts to both these states. Either we get laws passed clearly stating that child support can not be ordered from anyone who is not the proven father or this one needs to go to the US Supreme Court.
Isn’t the ACLU involved? Plainly, these men’s civil liberties are being infringed.
