Re: Open Records Request
Dear Mr. Smith:
This letter will confirm our telephone conversation, today. As we discussed, the records referred to in Number one (1) of your request, are available through Vital Records. A copy of your request has been sent to that office.
Reference number two (2), the number of paternity tests performed in 1998, 1999, and 2000, should be available for your review by the close of business on Monday, January 29, 2001.Since you have requested that the materials be mailed to you we will do so next week.
Finally, your request for the numbers of excluded fathers who have previously acknowledged paternity is unavailable. Unfortunately, we do not keep those statistics.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at 404-463-6585, if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
Nina J. Edidin
